The „Inspire Data Specification on Land Use“ (see https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/id/document/tg/lu) is used to describe areas according to their current or planned future function or their socio-economic purpose, such as residential, industrial or commercial areas, agricultural or forestry areas and leisure areas.
